去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗功能性子宫出血的临床探析

【摘要】目的 探析去氧孕烯炔雌醇片（妈富隆）治疗功能性子宫出血的效果。方法 研究2015年1～12月纳入功能性子宫出血52例，依照数字法分组。26例进对照组（常规疗法）；26例进实验组（妈富隆）。组间比较。结果 两组中实验组控制出血及完全止血的时间更短，治疗有效率更高，不良反应率更低，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 功能性子宫出血采用妈富隆治疗，疗效佳。

Objective Desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets（marvelon）effect in treatment of functional uterine bleeding is to be studied． Methods Chose 52 patients of functional uterine bleeding who were treated in hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 and separated them into two groups according to digits，26 patients in control group were given conventional treatment，while another 26 patients in study group were given marvelon treatment，and then compared treatment effects between two groups． Results Patients’ bleeding-control and complete hemostasis time in study group were much shorter than these in control group，besides，treatment efficacy was higher and side-effect incidence was lower in study group compared to counterparts in control group，there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P＜0．05）． Conclusion Marvelon is effective in treatment of functional uterine bleeding; thus，such a treatment method．

功能性子宫出血较为常见，患者有不规则子宫出血、月经不调、经期紊乱及月经紊乱症状，严重病情者出现贫血、休克等。此病常规疗法为雌激素治疗，乙烯雌酚、黄体酮为常用药，但副作用大，不良反应多，如乳房胀痛、恶心、头晕及呕吐等，效果不佳［1］。此文研究2015年1～12月纳入功能性子宫出血52例，总结妈富隆治疗效果，汇报见下。

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

研究2015年1～12月纳入功能性子宫出血52例，依照数字法分组。26例进对照组，施行常规疗法，病程3～27个月，平均（9.55±2.35）个月，年龄17～51岁，平均（36.52±4.42）岁。26例进实验组，施行妈富隆治疗，病程3～28个月，平均（9.51±2.46）个月，年龄16～51岁，平均（36.24±4.75）岁。排除条件：（1）宫内节育器；（2）肾肝等脏器疾病；（3）血液性疾病。组间差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 对照组 用药有乙烯雌酚、黄体酮。乙烯雌酚4次/d，1 次1 mg，待阴道止血后，按每3 d减量1/3调整剂量，直到1次/d，1次1 mg，止血后继续用药10 d。最后7 d，加服黄体酮，1次/d，1次5 mg。

1.2.2 实验组 用药为妈富隆，2次/d，1次2片，待阴道止血后，按每3 d减量1/3片调整剂量，直到1片/d，止血后继续用药21 d［2］。……
