左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症的效果研究

【摘要】目的 研究左甲状腺素钠对老年甲状腺功能减退症的治疗效果。方法 研究2014年6月～2015年6月纳入老年甲状腺功能减退症56例，分为两组。对照组有28例，选用甲状腺片。实验组有28例，选用左甲状腺素钠。组间对比。结果 两组中实验组FT3、TSH和FT4改善明显，治疗有效率高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症效果佳。

Objective Levothyroxine sodium effect in treatment of elderly patients with hypothyroidism is to be studied． Methods Chose 56 elderly patients with hypothyroidism who were treated in hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 and separated them into two groups at random，28 patients in control group were given thyroid tablet medication treatment，while 28 patients in study group were given levothyroxine sodium treatment，and then compared treatment effects between two groups． Results Patients’ FT3，TSH，FT4were improved greatly in study group，and treatment efficacy in study group was much higher，there was a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P＜0．05）．Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium is effective in treatment of elderly patients with hypothyroidism．

老年甲状腺功能减退症为常见慢性病，以女性居多，甲状腺激素分泌不足是主要原因，代谢活动大大下降，引起四肢无力、嗜睡、呼吸异常、体形异常、内分泌减退、低血压、记忆力衰退、疲乏和眩晕等［1］。现研究2014年6月～2015年6月纳入老年甲状腺功能减退症56例，总结左甲状腺素钠治疗方法与应用效果，具体见下。

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

研究2014年6月～2015年6月纳入老年甲状腺功能减退症56例，分为两组。对照组有28例，选用甲状腺片，年龄61 ～83岁，平均（69.63±3.42）岁，共有女患者17例，男患者有11例，病程2个月～9年，平均（5.15±1.47）年。实验组有28例，选用左甲状腺素钠，年龄61～82岁，平均（69.71±3.34）岁，共有女患者18例，男患者有10例，病程2个月～9.5年，平均（5.12±1.24）年。入组条件：（1）符合诊断标准，FT4＜10.3 pmol/L，TSH＞4.8 mlU/L；（2）无严重肾、心、肺、肝功能不全。组间有比较性，差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 实验组 选用左甲状腺素钠，1次/d，一次50 µg，治疗时间6个月。

1.2.2 对照组 选用甲状腺片，3次/d，一次80 mg，治疗时间6个月。

治疗前后，测定记录两组FT3、TSH和FT4，组间比较。……
