盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗中耳炎的效果研究

【摘要】目的 研究盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液对中耳炎的治疗效果。方法 研究2015年1～11月纳入中耳炎患者共56例，依照随机法分组，27例选用氯霉素滴耳液，设对照组，其余29例选用盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液，设观察组，组间比较。结果 两组中观察组的治疗有效率更高，不良反应率更低，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液对中耳炎治疗效果佳。

Objective Effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops in treatment of tympanitis is to be studied． Methods Chose 56 patients of tympanitis who were treated in hospital from January 2015 to November 2015 and separated them into two groups at random，27 patients in control group were given chloramphenicol ear drops treatment，while another 29 patients in study group were given levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops treatment，and then observed and compared treatment effects between two groups． Results Patients’ treatment efficacy was much higher and side-effect incidence was lower in study group compared to counterparts in control group，there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P ＜0．05）． Conclusion Levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops treatment is effective for tympanitis．

中耳炎较常见，为耳科炎症性疾病，患者主要表现听力下降，并伴耳痛、耳鸣和耳漏，直接影响生活质量及身心健康，甚或引起失聪［1］。炎性介质刺激咽鼓管口，诱发阻塞、水肿、分泌物增多等，从而致病。此文研究2015年1～11月纳入中耳炎患者共56例，总结盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液的治疗效果，具体见下。

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

研究2015年1～11月纳入中耳炎患者共56例，依照随机法分组。27例选用氯霉素滴耳液，设对照组，病程2～13 d，平均（4.26±1.32）d，共有女患者11例，其余16例是男患者，年龄20～55岁，平均（29.37±3.46）岁。其余29例选用盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液，设观察组，病程2～14 d，平均（4.25±1.30）d，共有女患者12例，其余17例是男患者，年龄20～56岁，平均（29.55±3.96）岁。两组均无严重肾、心、肝功能受损［2］。组间资料差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 对照组 患耳朝上，取氯霉素滴耳液滴入3～5滴，每日3次，滴耳后清洗耳朵10 min，并取头孢拉定胶囊，给予病患口服，每日3次，2粒/次，治疗时间15 d。
