小剂量糖皮质激素联合茶碱对老年哮喘的治疗效果分析

【摘要】目的 分析在老年哮喘患者临床治疗中，小剂量糖皮质激素联合茶碱的应用效果。方法 选取我院于2014年1月～2015年1月收治的90例老年哮喘患者为研究对象，将所选患者随机分为对照组与实验组，对照组患者接受硫酸沙丁胺醇吸入治疗，实验组患者在此基础上联合服用茶碱药物，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果与治疗前后的主要指标。结果 实验组患者的临床治疗效果好于对照组，且治疗后主要指标优于对照组，两组患者数据经对比后存在统计学差异。结论 在老年哮喘患者临床治疗中，小剂量糖皮质激素联合茶碱的治疗效果较好。

Objective To analyze the effect of low-dose glucocorticoids combined with theophylline in elderly patients with asthma. Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with asthma in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 as the research object，the selected patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group，control group patients received salbutamol sulfate inhalation therapy，patients in the experimental group on the basis of combined use of theophylline drugs. Results The clinical effect of the treatment of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group，and after treatment in the control group than the main index，the data by the comparison of two groups of patients there was no significant difference. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of elderly patients with asthma，good，low doses of glucocorticoid combined with theophylline treatment effect.

在临床治疗中，哮喘主要是在气道炎性细胞及相关的细胞组分共同作用之下引发的一种气道炎症疾病［1］。在哮喘患者中，老年哮喘患者的数量相对较多，患者的主要临床表现为气喘、气急、咳嗽等。在老年哮喘患者治疗中，糖皮质激素类药物最为常用，效果也较好，但是药物剂量过大会给患者带来较多的不良反应。我院在老年哮喘患者临床治疗中，将小剂量糖皮质激素与茶碱药物联用，收到极佳效果，现作以下报道。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
