摘要：在我国临床心力衰竭治疗实践中，中医药因其具有显著提高生活质量、改善心功能的独到疗效而被广泛地加载应用，中西医结合已成为心衰治疗中客观存在且为普遍接受的医疗模式。该文就近年来心衰的中医辨治共识、用药规范、疗效评价及中西药合用安全性等方面的工作进行了简要总结和点评。认为中西医结合医疗，应当成为具有中国特色的心衰解决方案！

Review of the Clinical Application and Researches for Traditional Chinese Medicine in Heart Failure

Abstract：During the clinical practice for heart failure （HF） in China， Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） was widely applied in addition to standard western medication procedure. In the light of the clinical effects， especially in improving the quality of life and HF，the combination safety for HF in recent years. It was beliefed that the combination of TCM and westen of TCM and western medicine was being an objective and generally accepted medical mode. The article made a brief review of TCM syndrome differentiation consensus，medicine specifications，efficacy evaluation and combination treatment srn medicine mode should become a Chinese characteristic solution for HF.
