摘要基于前人对我国粮食产业发展现状的研究，利用灰色关联法对影响我国粮食安全的主要因素进行实证分析。结果表明，人均粮食产量、基础设施建设以及农业技术进步等因素均与我国粮食安全的关联度较高，对我国粮食安全产生较大影响。因此，通过加强农业科技投入和进一步完善农业相关基础设施建设等政策措施有利于提高我国粮食安全水平。

Empirical Analysis on the Influential Factors of China's Food Security

Abstract Based on development status of grain industry in China， using grey correlation method， the main influential factors were analyzed. The results showed that some factors such as per capita grain output， infrastructure construction and agricultural technology progress have higher correlation with food security in China， and have great influence to the food security. It was proposed that some policies and measures such as strengthen the investment of agricultural science and technology， and further perfect the construction of agricultural infrastructure are helpful to improve the level of Chinas food security.

粮食是立国之本。粮食产业作为一国的基础性产业，在国民经济中的地位举足轻重[1]。20世纪70年代世界粮食危机的爆发，引发全球对于粮食安全的广泛关注[2]。粮食安全一词最早由联合国粮农组织于1974年提出，经过多年的发展与规范，2001年联合国粮农组织将社会价值纳入粮食安全的范畴，再次对粮食安全的内涵进行扩展，认为粮食安全是任何人为了满足其健康生活的膳食需要，在任何时候都能在物质、社会和经济上获得足够、安全和富有营养的食物[3]。伴随着国际环境的新发展，我国粮食供求关系日趋复杂化，粮食生产成本过高、3大主粮贸易逆差，我国粮食安全问题日益凸显[4]。近年来，世界粮食综合生产能力有所提升，我国粮食总产量和人均粮食产量整体也在稳步增长。……
