[摘 要] 我国政府多次倡导全民阅读，图书馆的作用愈发凸显。当今，读者对图书馆提出了新的需求，“第三空间”的理念顺势而生。笔者在全国高校图书馆专业干部进修班学习期间，对大连理工大学图书馆营造“第三空间”的服务转型举措进行了深入了解。在此基础上，结合所在馆面临新馆筹建、老馆改造的现实情况，对高校图书馆缔造“第三空间”、转型读者服务的途径进行了研究，以期对转型期的高校图书馆建设有所脾益。

Study the University Library Service Transformation Approaches Based on the “Third Space”

Abstract：Our government advocates national reading for several times. The role of library becomes more and more important. Nowadays， readers raise new requirements on libraries. The concept of “third space” is formed. The author studied the approaches of the service transformation of Dalian University of Technology in constructing the “third space” during the study in the class for advanced studies of university library officials. Considering the current situation of building the new library and renewing the old library， this paper studied the approaches to constructing “third space” in university library and transforming readers service. This paper attempts to offer enlightenment to the construction of university library in the period of social transformation.

2012年党的十八大报告明确提出要“开展全民阅读活动”;2014年，“倡导全民阅读”被写入政府工作报告;2015年，李克强总理把全民阅读写入政府工作报告，并在报告中首次提出建设书香社会。党和国家赋予了图书馆新的责任和义务，对于转型时代的图书馆，这既是机遇又是挑战。在滚滚向前的时代浪潮中，图书馆应与时俱进，缔造新空间，开拓新服务。当今中国，经济发展的同时竞争也愈加激烈，伴随着“史上最难就业季”，中国大学生的压力与焦虑与日俱增。此种态势下，合理疏导压力的场所是刚性需求。高校图书馆应顺势而行，开拓“第三空间”，加速服务转型，充分发挥其服务育人的特殊职能。笔者在全国高校图书馆专业干部进修班学习期间，对大连理工大学图书馆营造“第三空间”的服务转型举措进行了深入了解，并结合所在馆面临新馆筹建、老馆改造的现实情况，对高校图书馆缔造“第三空间”、转型读者服务的途径进行研究，以期对转型期的高校图书馆建设有所裨益。……
