摘 要：目前《人力资源管理》实训教学中存在教学组织方式、内容与理论教学落差过大、教学方式单一，教学资源稀少、陈旧、缺少真实工作环境下的实际操作训练等问题，所以，应将形成循序渐进的组织方式与教学方法体系、丰富实训教学资源、选拔培养骨干学生团队、增加认知实习环节作为改进思路。此外，作为保障措施，还需对教师进行必要的培训，加强实训指导能力，组建骨干教师团队，完善教学条件和教学资源以及编撰专门的实训教材和指导书。

Research on the Improvement Ideas About Practical Training of Human Resource Management

Abstract：There are several problems such as the difference of organization way and content compare with theoretical teaching is too large； The teaching mode is monotonous； teaching resources are scarce and old； lack of the practical training under real working conditions in todays Practical Training of Human Resource Management ， so it should introduce some ideas to improve it， such as form gradual organization way and teaching method system ； increase the training of teaching resources； select an train the backbone team of student； add the sector of cognitive practice. In addition，as the safeguard measures，it should give the teachers some necessary training，strengthen their guide abilities of practical training ，form the backbone teacher team，improve teaching conditions，and resources，compile the special teaching material and guide book of practical training.

目前，高校工商管理專业《人力资源管理》课程普遍开设了实训教学。由于实训教学组织的复杂性、对学生和教师能力的要求较高以及教学经验和客观条件的欠缺等原因，《人力资源管理》实训教学还存在许多亟需解决的问题。所以，有必要探析其改进思路。

1 《人力资源管理》实训教学中存在的问题

1.1 实训教学组织方式、内容与理论教学落差过大

现在《人力资源管理》实训教学一般采取将学生划分为若干“小组”、“团队”，甚至模拟企业人力资源部门的架构，让学生担任“部长”、“秘书”等虚拟职务的组织方式，采用的教学内容以案例为主，要求各个小组或团队完成案例中规定的各种任务或回答案例问题，并进行集中展示和讨论。这实际上是试图将美国哈佛商学院MBA教育的案例教学模式移植到中国的课堂上。……
