摘 要 中高等职业教育衔接问题是关于建立现代职业教育体系的大问题，它关系着我国职业教育是否能健康快速发展。中等职业教育和高等职业教育在办学层次上存在着差异，在人才培养目标等方面也有所不同。在中高等职业教育衔接中出现了诸如生源、招生、人才定位、课程设置等问题。本文基于中高职教育衔接过程中出现的问题，提出一些可行办法，为中高职教育一体化提供参考。

Abstract： Secondary and higher vocational education convergence is a big problem on the establishment of modern vocational education system， it relates to vocational education in China is healthy and rapid development. Secondary vocational education and higher vocational education at the school level there are differences， in terms of personnel training objectives are different. The emergence of such students， enrollment， personnel location， curriculum and other issues in the Higher Vocational Education in. In this paper， the convergence process in vocational education issues that arise on， put forward some possible ways to provide reference for the integration of vocational education.

职业教育是我国教育系统中一种重要的教育类型，它的发展水平和我国的经济发展之间存着在密切的关系。中等职业教育（以下简称中职）和高等职业教育（以下简称高职）是职业教育系统中的两个不同层次教育，它们之间既相互独立又密切联系。从2011年起，我国职业教育改革发展的重点是建设现代体系的职业技术教育，研究中高等职业教育的衔接问题是现代职业教育体系中的重要课题。

1 中高等职业教育衔接的现实基础

当今的世界是经济全球化的世界，产业转型升级，世界经济大融合，各大单位企业对人才的技能要求和素质要求都有所提升，中职教育培养的初级技能型人才已经日益不能满足这种需求，中职教育必然要向培养高技能型人才的高职教育过渡，中高等职业教育就面临着衔接的问题。国家出台的《教育规划纲要》中指出“要建立中等职业教育和高等职业教育协调发展的现代职业教育体系，满足人民群众接受职业教育的需求，满足经济社会对高素质劳动者和技能型人才的需要”。……
