摘 要 高职院校规模扩大，安全问题越突出。校园内部、校园周边、学生心理健康、网络安全等安全管理工作愈显严峻。本文以浙交院为例，对安全管理工作进行深入调研。提出明确安全管理工作是其他一切事情的前提和保障，通过建立管理有序的工作机制，落实责任部门明确岗位职责，突出对重点安全问题的预警与防范，加强队伍建设等措施进一步提高安全工作水平，有序保障学校的教育教学工作秩序。

Abstract： Expand the scale of vocational colleges， more prominent security issue. Inside the campus， around the campus， students' psychological health， security and network security management markedly grim. In this paper， Zhejiang pay hospital， for example， for security management in-depth research. A clear safety management is everything else the premise and guarantee， through the establishment of management and orderly work mechanism to implement the responsible departments clear job responsibilities， highlighting the key security issues of early warning and prevention， strengthen the building and other measures to further improve the safety level of work ， education and teaching order orderly safeguard schools.

0 引言

校园的安全稳定是其他一切事情的前提和保障。随着高职教育的发展，校园规模的扩大，校园治安情况也变得更加复杂化。面对越来越严峻的校园安全形势，校园安全管理工作如何进一步适应高职院校发展的需求，是高职教育发展的重要议题。作者以浙交院在平安校园安全管理工作方面的经验为主要研究对象，提出高职院校提高和完善安全管理工作的具体措施，以期实现高职院校安全管理工作专业化、全面化、人性化、职业化水平，有序保障学校的教育教学工作秩序。

1 目前高职院校存在的安全问题分析

1.1 校园内部的安全问题

校园内部主要存在三大安全问题：一是消防安全。学校为人口密集地，尤其宿舍楼多为高层建筑，一旦发生严重火灾，后果不堪设想。二是道路安全。由于教职工拥有私家车数量日渐增多，停车位明显不足，只能停靠道路两旁，一方面本来已经拥挤的学校，因道路被汽车占用，可行走的空间更为狭小。……
