摘 要 中职教育需要培养应用型人才，校企合作是重要的培养路径。要实现学习、实习、就业的零距离对接，学生、学校、企业三方受益学校应该根据企业发展需求来调整课程结构，要制定校企合作教育教学管理机制。

Abstract Vocational education need to develop application-oriented talents， school-enterprise cooperation is an important train route. To achieve learning， internships， distance docking employment， students， schools， businesses benefit all three parties that schools should be adjusted according to the needs of enterprise development， curriculum structure， school-enterprise cooperation to develop education and teaching management mechanism.

中职教育的重要目标是培养符合社会要求的高技能人才。为此，需要优化教学内容，采取灵活的教学形式，而校企合作模式，是中职学校行之有效的教学模式。

1 实现学习、实习、就业的零距离对接，学生、学校、企业三方受益

1.1 学校应该根据企业发展需求来调整课程结构

在校企合作中，学校的课程改革应该满足企业的要求，实现结果导向到过程导向的积极转变。因为根据学生心理特点，学校应该根据企业用工的实际情况，注重知识传授方面隐形知识取代显性知识成为发展趋势，在教学内容安排方面要更加注重实践性，应用型知识内容应当在所有学习内容中居于主导位置，中职学校需要注重动手教学的安排，确保学习内容和生产实践紧密结合。

1.2 要制定校企合作教育教学管理机制

要制定校企合作教育教学管理机制，首先必须要规范校企产学研的工作程序。学校可以通过邀请企业管理人员、技术人员到学校参加学校管理机制的完善，特别是在技术工人需求和预测、专业设置、培养方案设计等方面，需要必须要过完善机制，以保证听取企业管理人员、技术人员的意见。……
