摘 要 面对日益激烈的人才竞争，提高大学生创新创业教育质量，则成为了高校改革和发展的关键。为此，高校应积极采取应对措施，努力构建大学生创新创业理论体系，提高大学生自我生存的能力，为建设创新型国家做好人才储备。

Abstract In the face of increasingly fierce competition for talent， improve the quality of education，have become the key to the reform and development of university. Therefore， colleges and universities should take active measures， and strive to build a university students' innovative entrepreneurship theory system， improve the ability of College Students' self survival， reserve of talent for the construction of innovative country.

大学生创业是多年来人们常说的话题，也是各级政府十分重视的一件要务。从每年就业市场成千上万大学生报名人数来看，大学生就业的形势依然十分严峻，也说明大学生创业的积极性还有待提高。解决大学生创业问题是一项复杂的社会系统工程，需要从国家政策、社会服务、文化氛围和个人素养等多方面努力，并形成整体合力，才能有所成效。本文就提高大学生创新创业教育质量存在的问题及解决的对策谈谈自己的看法。

1 存在的问题

大学生创新创业教育是世界许多发达国家高等教育的必修课。在国家教育部的推动下，我国一些高校相继开设了这门课程，也受到大学生的普遍欢迎。但是，这门课程的教育水平和质量并不十分理想，存在不少问题，主要表现在以下几个方面：

1.1 认识缺乏高度

大学生创新创业教育在我国是一项新生事物，产生的根源有二，一是教育宗旨的拓展使然。这种教育趋势要求高校教育应当积极参与全球化竞争，培养学生独立自主的创新创业精神，这就对学校教育和学生综合素质的提升有了更高的要求。……
