网络和短信时代引导大学生个性发展的策略

摘要：互联网和手机短信引起了大学生交往方式的深刻变化,对大学生个性发展具有积极效应,并带来了负面影响。高校应采取相应策略引导大学生个性发展,通过加强管理,从技术上把握网络和短信领域的主动权;重视校园网络建设,提高德育工作者的素养;加强大学生心理健康教育,提高虚拟交往的自控能力;充分发挥校园文化的激励和熏陶作用,为大学生的个性发展提供精神保障。

Approaches of College Students’ Personality Development in the Age of InternetHu Jianhui

Abstract：Internet and SMS(short message service) communication caused a profound change in the way college students interact with each other,which has both positive effect and negative effect upon students personality development.Universities should adopt appropriate approaches to guide students by strengthening management of network and take initives in text messages.Paying attention to campus network construction,improving the quality of moral education,strengthening mental health education,increasing self-control in virtual communication,enhancing campus culture to encourage students so that they could have healthy and popular personalities.

互联网和手机已经进入了大学生的日常学习和生活,在创造学习机会、开阔视野和提高效率的同时,也改变着大学生的生活方式和交往方式,对大学生个性的发展产生了巨大的影响。研究发现,当代网络和短信交往极大地促进了大学生的思想观念变革,实现了大学生的思维方式的转型,提高了大学生的综合素质,并满足大学生的多种精神需求等等。但是,与科学技术的发展一样,交往技术手段的发展也是一把“双刃剑”。网络和短信交往一方面对大学生的个性发展产生积极效应,另一方面又包含着自己的“反面”。
