大数据时代高校德育工作的挑战、机遇与对策

摘要：大数据作为一次全新的信息技术革命,将给高校德育工作带来深刻的影响。大数据时代要求数据开放共享,更加突出数据的预测功能与价值意义。从德育思维、德育模式与德育评价三方面分析了高校德育工作在大数据时代面临的机遇与挑战。提出了高校应提高德育师资队伍的数据素养、强化阵地意识、完善硬件设施等举措,以适应大数据时代的德育工作。可为我国高校在大数据时代的德育工作提供借鉴。

Abstract：As a new information technology revolution,the big data will bring profound impact on college moral education.In the era of big data,data is required to be open and shared,and its predicting function and significance should be more prominent.In this paper,opportunities and challenges for moral education are analyzed respectively from the Moreover,suggestions are put forward to meet the challenges improving data processing ability of teaching staff,enhancing value education consciousness,and upgrading the hardware facilities.This paper contributes to moral education of college in the era of big data.

计算机的发明与互联网的应用,使得信息数据正以势不可挡的力量改变着社会经济结构、生产方式和生活方式。《数字宇宙膨胀:到2010年全球信息增长预测》中统计数据表明,2006年全球每年制造、复制的数字信息共计16.1万PB,当年信息产生量大约是历史上图书信息总量的3 000倍。至2010年这个数字猛增6倍,达到98.8万PB,年复合增长率达57%。专家指出2020年的年度数据将增加43倍[1]。从巨大的数据中挖掘信息、发现规律,将成为社会广大领域的一种普遍需求。美国于2012年发布了《大数据研发倡议》(Big Data Research and Development Initiative),并形成了国家战略,以推进大数据科学技术的研究与应用,同时转变教育和学习模式,迎接大数据所创造的机遇和挑战。……
