新媒体环境下拓展高校思政课教学网络阵地的思考

摘要：互联网和移动通信等新媒体技术的飞速发展改变了当代青年接受信息的方式，也为高校思政课教学提供了新的载体。本文结合学生特点分析了新媒体环境下拓展高校思政课教学网络阵地的必要性及其与传统课堂教学的比较优势，提出了思政课教师应当与时俱进地利用新媒体，积极拓展网络教学阵地，积极构建双主体教学模式，丰富教学内容，创新教学方法。

Enhancing Network Construction of Ideological and Political Course Teaching in
Colleges and Universities under New Media Environment

Abstract:The rapid development of new media technology, such as Internet and mobile communication, has changed the acceptance way of information of contemporary young people, also provides a new carrier of ideological and political teaching for college. Combined with the characteristics of students, this paper analyzed the comparative advantage and the necessity of expanding network construction of ideological and political teaching compared with traditional classroom teaching under new media environment, and put forward that ideological and political teachers should keep pace with the times and use new media to actively expand the network teaching positions, build double subject teaching mode, enrich the teaching content, and innovate teaching methods.

早在2004年，中共中央国务院在《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》中就明确指出，我们要主动占领网络思想政治教育的新阵地，全面加强高校网络文化建设，使网络文化成为弘扬主旋律、开展思想政治教育的重要手段和载体。2014年8月19日中央全面深化改革领导小组第四次会议审议通过了《关于推动传统媒体和新兴媒体融合发展的指导意见》。《意见》再次强调要坚持传统媒体和新兴媒体优势互补、一体发展。因此，高校思政课教学在坚持传统教学优势的基础上，拓展新媒体环境下的网络教学阵地既是大势所趋，又是提高思政课教学实效性的题中应有之义。
