摘要：口腔专业实践性很强，在其教学中要注重培养学生的动手能力，因此对于工学结合模式在口腔专业教学中的应用研究尤为重要。本文从口腔专业教学的现状入手，分析在教学中存在的一些问题，提出了建立工学结合实训课程体系、达成实训教学方式多样化等工学结合模式在口腔专业教学中的应用策略，改变工学结合模式的现状，提高其应用能力，为工学结合模式在口腔专业教学中的应用研究提供理论参考。

1 口腔专业教学现状

1.1 口腔专业教学模式陈旧

近年来虽然口腔专业的教育教学有了实质性的进展，其教学质量逐渐提高，但是仍然存在着对理论重视，实践训练不够，在教学中更注重知识的传授，而对技能的培养却有些轻视。在教学计划的安排中更偏重于理论，而对于口腔专业技术来说，却需要有更多的时间来进行对学生实际操作技能的训练。多数教师更注重教，忽视了学生的学习和创新，让学生被动地接受专业知识，而对学生能力的培养则较为缺乏。对于口腔专业教学体系还在继续采用学习理论基础知识，之后进行技能的训练，让学生参加临床见习，再进行毕业实习这样的教学模式，对于学生来说，对口腔专业教育课程的认识比较模糊，对专业理论知识学习没有足够的兴趣，更谈不上对实验课程重要性的认识了。对口腔专业学生实际操作能力的调查发现，一些学生的实际操作能力较差，这就是在学校学习期间对于实践的教学活动还是以在校内的实验和实际训练为主，缺少了和企业或单位等的相互联系和交流。……
