摘 要 职业教育的最终目标是为社会培养一线工作的高素质劳动者，因而如何使毕业生在离校后尽快融入职业生涯、更好地满足岗位所需，是企业、学校和学生共同关注的问题。中国酒店业仍处于迅速发展期，一方面企业对人才的需求量很大，另一方面学校提供的毕业生却难以达到企业的要求，学校与企业在人才的输送上常常出现对接错位。目前，许多开设酒店管理专业的学校，越来越强调以就业为导向的人才培养方针，加强了与酒店的互动、交流与合作。多年来，这种合作积累了大量宝贵经验，校企合作模式也呈现多元化发展的趋势。

Exploration of Hotel Management Professional School-enterprise

Cooperation Mode Based on Multi Demands

——Take Nanjing Institute of Tourism & Hospitality Intercontinental Class as an example

Abstract The ultimate goal of vocational education is to train qualified workers for frontline social work， and thus how to make integration of graduates leave school as soon as possible after his career， to better meet the required positions， a problem businesses， schools and students of common concern. China's hotel industry is still in rapid development period， while corporate demand for talent is large， the other school graduates is difficult to achieve the requirements of enterprises， schools and businesses often appear on the conveyor docking misplaced talent. Currently， many schools opened hotel management professional， more and more emphasis on personnel training to employment-oriented policy， strengthening interaction， communication and cooperation with the hotel. Over the years， this cooperation has accumulated a lot of valuable experience， school-enterprise cooperation model also presents diversified development trend.

1 酒店管理专业多元化校企合作模式

1.1 校企一体模式

学校附设酒店，酒店既可对外经营，同时又是教师和学生的实习基地。校企一体，相互渗透，无缝合作，资源和利益共享，为酒店管理专业的教学与实践提供极大的便利，具有其它模式无法比拟的优势。
