摘要 为探索风景园林专业研究生产学研的培养模式，以聊城大学风景园林专业硕士研究生的培养为例，进行了产学研培养模式的探索。结果表明：风景园林专业研究生在开展产学研培养模式后取得了较好的效果;同时也存在诸如教职工积极性不高、合作单位单一、合作内容不够深入等问题;在分析其原因的基础上，提出做好思想工作以增加积极性和加大政府鼓励政策等建议。

Cultivation of Graduate Students Majored in Landscape Architecture Based on Integration of Industry-University-Research

Abstract Taking cultivation of graduate students majored in Landscape Architecture in Liaocheng University as an example， the industry-university-research mode was explored. The results showed that the graduate students achieve good results in industry-university-research cultivation mode; There are also some problems， such as the staff enthusiasm is not high， cooperation unit is single， cooperation content is not deep enough; On the basis of analyzing the reasons， suggestions were put forward， such as to do ideological work to increase enthusiasm and increase government incentives.

风景园林学（Landscape Architecture）是规划、设计、保护、建设和管理户外自然和人工境域的學科。其核心内容是户外空间营造，根本使命是协调人与自然之间的关系[1]。2011 年，经国务院学位委员会、教育部公布，风景园林学正式成为一级学科，这标志着风景园林专业从国家层面得到充分重视和认可。近年来，我国设立了园林专业或目录外的风景园林专业的高校已达 184 所[2]。但是，风景园林高层次应用型、复合型人才的培养模式还在研究与探索阶段。研究以聊城大学风景园林专业为个案，探索了风景园林专业硕士研究生“产、学、研”有机结合的培养模式。……
