摘 要：顶岗实习与毕业设计是高职教育人才培养的重要环节。该文结合当代高职教育发展的新形势，提出顶岗实习与毕业设计实践工作的新特点，并提出了基于强化过程控制的高职顶岗实习与毕业设计一体化管理创新的实践模式，以期为高职教育发展提供实践经验与改革思路。

Abstract：Post practice and graduation design is an important link of cultivating talents in higher vocational education. In this paper，combined with the new situation of the development of contemporary vocational education， the new characteristics of internship and graduation design practice，and put forward to strengthen practice and graduation design integration management of post practice in Higher Vocational Schools Based on process control，in order to provide practical experience and reform idea for the development of higher vocational education.

顶岗实习是培养高职院校学生实践能力的重要教学实践环节，对于提高学生的专业技能与综合素质具有十分重要的作用。高职院校顶岗实习是各个专业人才培养方案的重要组成部分，是培养学生适应社会、锻炼学生综合技能与全面素质的重要实践性环节，同时也是提高教学质量和办学水平的重要保证。毕业设计是专业教育最后一个极为重要的实践性教学环节，在教师指导下完成的毕业设计工作，使得学生能够综合运用所学的基础理论、基本技能和专业知识去独立分析和解决实际问题，把理论和实践结合起来，从而为学生毕业后走上工作岗位打下坚实基础。顶岗实习与毕业设计工作在高职教育人才培养中具有重要意义，但在实践过程中仍存在一些问题，亟待解决。为此，笔者结合所在学校开展的“强化过程控制，创新顶岗实习与毕业设计一体化管理模式”教学研究项目取得的一些经验，提出高职教育顶岗实习与毕业设计教学管理的创新措施与改革思路。……
