[摘要] 目的 探讨综合康复护理对颅脑损伤患者神经恢复及生活质量的影响。 方法 选取2011年10月~ 2013年10月来我院治疗的443例颅脑损伤患者，按照入院的先后顺序分为两组，观察组222例，对照组221例，对照组实施常规康复功能锻炼，观察组实施综合康复护理，即在常规康复功能锻炼的基础上实施促醒护理。比较两组患者清醒时间、并发症发生率、NDF评分、生活质量评分。 结果 观察组清醒时间、并发症发生率、出院时观察组的NDF评分与对照组比较明显较低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组干预后生活质量量表的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及物质生活状态评分与对照组比较均显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 颅脑损伤患者实施常规康复功能锻炼及促醒护理在内的综合康复护理能降低并发症的发生率，缩短清醒时间，降低NDF评分，提高患者生活质量，临床效果显著。

Research on the nerve recovery rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with traumatic brain injury treated with comprehensive care

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the influence of the nerve recovery rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with traumatic brain injury treated with comprehensive care. Methods 443 cases with traumatic brain injury were selected from October 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital,they were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,there were 222 cases in the observation group, and there were 221 cases in the control group,the control group received conventional rehabilitation functional training, and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation care,which was implemented awaking care on the bases of conventional rehabilitation functional training. The awake time,complication rate, NDF score and quality of life scores in two groups were compared. Results The awake time,the complications rate, discharge NDF score of the observation group were significant lower than those of the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05).The physical function, psychological function, social function and material living conditions score in the quality of life scale of the observation group after intervention were significant higher than those of the control group, there were significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion Patients with traumatic brain injury implemented comprehensive rehabilitation care which included conventional rehabilitation functional training and awaking care can reduce the complication rate, shorter recovery time,reduce NDF score,improve the patients quality of life, its clinical effect is significant.

颅脑损伤是指头颅受到暴力作用而导致的损伤，包括头部软组织的损伤、颅骨的骨折及脑部损伤等，其中后果最严重的为脑损伤。颅脑损伤是临床常见的高危病症，其特点明确，患者复杂的病情可能会导致疾病的预后不理想，有较高的病死率及伤残率[1]。经救治后，幸存者常遗留不同程度的神经功能障碍，对患者的社会生活能力及生活质量均造成严重的影响[2]。笔者对2011年10月～2013年10月来我院治疗的222例颅脑损伤患者采用常规康复功能锻炼及促醒治疗相结合，效果较好，现报道如下。……
