摘要：工程管理是每一建筑单位都在努力做好的一项重要工作，也是建筑施工企业管理的一个重要组成部分。随着建筑市场经济发展，过去市场的竞争已转化为工程质量的竞争。提高工程管理与控制对于项目的开发与建设变得至关重要，是企业生存和发展立足之本。而施工项目的各项管理是企业管理的基础，项目在施工过程中的管理质量直接反映了企业的形象和信誉，决定着企业经营效果的好坏。

Abstract: the engineering management is every building units of efforts to do well is an important work, but also building construction enterprise management is an important part of. l 完善项目管理体系、管理责任到人

项目施工管理要结合工程对象规模、特点及要求，确定施工项目的管理目标，建立适应项目管理需要的组织机构，在项目经理的领导下使项目班子能精干高效的运转，对于项目明确了总体管理目标后，还有施工期各阶段的分目标，即工程质量、进度等产品成果性目标．工程成本、劳动生产率等管理效率性目标。为落实制定的目标，一是要落实目标的责任主体，即谁对目标实现负责；二是要明确目标主体的责、权、利．三是要落实对目标责任主体进行检查、监督的上一级负责人及手段；四是要落实目标实现的保证条件。具体来说：项日施工管理的首要条件，是一个精下、高效的项目班子，在项目经理的统一指挥下，分工明确，管理到位，责任到岗位，加上企业的管理体系提供的监督和保证，最终实现项目的各项目标。……
