摘要：如何加强企业的竞争力，加强企业的资金成本控制，从而提高企业的经济效益以保证企业在市场上立于不败之地是目前建筑企业面临的一个严峻问题。建筑工程企业中对于每个项目的工程造价以及项目工程的质量之间的关系尤为重要，直接影响着企业的经济效益和市场竞争力。

随着社会主义经济市场的发展，建筑行业的发展也跟着市场的发展加大速度，尤其是改革开放之后，建筑行业的发展速度更是如雨后春笋般遍地出现，因此，企业的竞争非常的激烈，而作为现在的建筑施工企业来说，如何加强企业的竞争力，加强企业的资金成本控制，从而提高企业的经济效益以保证企业在市场上立于不败之地是目前建筑企业面临的一个严峻问题。尤其是在负责钢结构的建筑工程企业中对于每个项目的工程造价以及项目工程的质量之间的关系尤为重要，直接影响着企业的经济效益和市场竞争力。
