摘要：随着我国市场经济的发展，市场机制的日趋完善,市政施工企业只有不断地提高技术水平、加强企业管理、更新管理方法、努力降低成本、提高经济效益，才能适应激烈的市场竞争，不断发展壮大。本文从组建精干的项目经理部，培养锻炼骨干队伍；有效控制质量、进度、成本三大要素；施工项目的安全文明施工管理；严格施工工序等方面就如何提高市政施工项目管理水平进行了深入的探讨，具有一定的参考价值。

前言

施工项目管理是施工企业对施工项目进行有效的掌握控制。主要有如下特

征：一是施工项目管理者是建筑施工企业，对施工项目全权负责；二是施工项目管理的对象是项目，具有时间控制性，也就是施工项目的运作周期；三是施工项目管理的内容是在一个长时间进行的有序过程中，根据阶段及要求的变化，管理内容也发生变化；四是施工项目管理要求强化组织协调工作。本文结合笔者多年从事市政工程项目管理的经验，从施工项目的组织机构管理、质量管理、成本管理及安全文明施工管理等几方面总结了市政工程施工项目管理的一些经验。
