[摘要] 目的 探讨促进痔、肛裂、肛周脓肿、肛瘘等肛门疾病术后切口愈合疗效。 方法 将137例痔、肛裂、肛周脓肿、肛瘘术后患者随机分成两组，研究组69例应用痔洗液肛门局部熏洗，止痛生肌膏切口换药；对照组68例应用高锰酸钾局部外洗，凡士林纱条创面换药。 结果 研究组术后切口愈合时间平均（14.7±3.0）d，对照组术后切口愈合时间平均（18±5）d。 结论 研究组术后切口愈合时间明显短于对照组，表明痔洗液熏洗加止痛生肌膏肛门切口换药明显缩短切口愈合时间。

Clinical research of hemorrhoid lotion fumigation plus analgesic and myogenic cream dressings in promotion of postoperative wound healing for anal diseases

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the curative effects in the promotion of postoperative wound healing for hemorrhoids, anal fissure, perianal abscess, anal fistula and other anal diseases. Methods A total of 137 patients receiving the surgery for hemorrhoids, anal fissure, perianal abscess or anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups. The 69 patients in the study group received anal local fumigation with hemorrhoid lotion and analgesic and myogenic cream dressings. The 68 patients in the control group received local external washing with potassium permanganate and vaseline gauze dressings. Results The average postoperative wound healing time was (14.7±3.0) days for the 69 patients in the study group and (18±5)days for the 68 patients in the control group. Conclusion The postoperative wound healing time of the study group was significantly longer than that of the control group, indicating that hemorrhoid lotion fumigation and analgesic and myogenic cream dressings can obviously reduce the wound healing time.

目前治疗痔、肛裂、肛周脓肿、肛瘘的主要手段仍是手术切除，创面多是开放伤口，开放创面的熏洗换药是手术成败的重要环节，因此寻求改善肛门疾病术后切口早期愈合是一个亟待解决的课题。我们应用痔洗液熏洗加止痛生肌膏切口换药，改善肛门疾病术后切口局部的血液循环，使炎症水肿消退，疼痛缓解，活血生肌，找到了促进肛门疾病术后切口愈合的有效方法。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择2011年1～8月我院收治的痔、肛裂、肛周脓肿、肛瘘术后患者137例，随机分为研究组69例和对照组68例。研究组69例中，男56例，女13例，年龄（36.0±9.0）岁，创面面积（10.20±5.08）cm2，痔手术22例，肛裂手术19例，肛瘘手术17例，肛周脓肿11例；应用痔洗液肛门局部熏洗，止痛生肌膏切口换药。对照组68例中，男56例，女12例，年龄（39.2±11.0）岁，创面面积（11.30±6.07）cm2，痔手术21例，肛裂手术18例，肛瘘手术17例，肛周脓肿12例；……
