摘要 近年来,大学生尤其是高专学生就业难问题已成为社会各界广泛关注的焦点。信息素养作为当代大学生综合素质的一个重要方面,已经成为教育学领域的重大课题之一。阐述信息素养的基本内涵和培养高专生信息素养的必要性和迫切性,分析高专院校学生信息素养培养的现状,并在此基础上提出高等专科院校学生信息素养培养的几点建议。

Cultivation and Strategy of Information Literacy for Students in Teacher's Colleges Under Employment Pressure//Wang Changjie

Abstract In recent years, the university students in particular high special students got employed difficultly to become the focal point from the social widespread attention. The information literacy synthesized the quality as the contemporary university student an important aspect already to become one of pedagogy domain important issues. This article elaborates the basic connotation, the necessity and urgency of the information literacy, and analyzes present situation of the information literacy for students in teacher,s colleges, meanwhile raise several proposals in this foundation.

近年来,大学生就业难已经成为社会各界广泛关注的焦点,究其原因是我国培养的大学生不能适应时代发展的要求。信息素养(Information Literacy)作为人们文化素养的延伸和发展,已经成为现代大学生综合素质的一个重要方面。目前,围绕信息素养的讨论,已日益成为世界各国教育界乃至社会各界关注的重大理论与实践课题。因获取、交流和创造信息能力的匮乏而产生的“知识鸿沟”“数字鸿沟”“信息的贫乏”,已成为直接影响高专学生在择业、就业方面竞争力的关键因素。

1 信息素养的内涵

信息素养的概念最早是由保罗·泽考斯基提出来的,他把信息素养定义为“人们在解决问题时利用信息的技术和技能”。自信息素养被人们关注以来,其定义就不断演变和发展,对其内涵与外延也有不同理解。1987年信息学专家帕特里亚·布里维克将信息素养概括为一种了解提供信息的系统并能辨别信息的价值,选择获取信息价值的最佳渠道,掌握获取和存贮信息的基本技能。……
