Abstract：Thespirit educators is the soul the presional development physical education teachers in the new era and the source strength for promoting the construction the physical education teacher team in thenew era. 习近平总书记在全国教育大会上强调，要实施教育家精神铸魂强师行动，加强师德师风建设，提高教师培养培训质量，培养造就新时代高水平教师队伍。总书记的重要讲话，为大力弘扬教育家精神，加强高素质专业化教师队伍建设，巩固好教育强国建设的重要根基提供了根本遵循。体育教师是教师队伍的重要组成部分，在强体立人、以体育人、立德树人过程中发挥着独特且不可替代的作用1。然而，当下体育教师的职业发展却面临着诸多问题。一方面，体育教师学科的特殊性与教育家精神间的互动机制尚未明晰，致使职业发展缺乏坚实系统的理论支撑；另一方面，“以体育人”的使命与学科价值长期被片面窄化为“技能传授”，导致体育教师践行教育家精神所必需的理想信念与综合育人能力不足2、职业目标模糊不清。此外，体育教师还面临边缘化、专业发展滞缓且水平不高、师德失范等难题[3-4]，这也使“体育教师队伍成为整个教师队伍建设中相对薄弱的环节”[5]。与其他学科教师相比，体育教师的工作场景、教学方式等具有显著特殊性，教育家精神如何精准适配并引领体育教师突破这些困境，成为亟待解决的关键问题。基于此，本研究立足教育家精神，通过职业信仰重塑、专业能力提升、师德境界升华的三维建构，解析体育教师职业发展困境的破解机制，进而构建“教育家型教师\"转型理论框架，为政策优化与教学实践提供支撑。……
