摘  要：习近平总书记致哈尔滨工业大学建校100周年的贺信意蕴深远，是宝贵的课程思政素材库，对于指导哈工大特色的课程思政教学改革有着重要意义。以贺信精神为指引，建立哈工大特色鲜明的专业课课程思政元素库，深入探索专业课课程思政教学设计方法，努力让课程思政讲出“哈工大味道”，对于丰富哈工大特色专业课的内涵，更好地为党和国家培养拔尖创新人才具有重要意义。以土木工程专业核心专业课钢结构为例，反复实践、持续改进哈工大特色的课程思政教学设计，其中的“哈工大味道”收获学生们的一致好评，取得良好的教学效果。

Abstract： The congratulatory letter from General Secretary Xi Jinping to the 100th anniversary of the founding of Harbin Institute of Technology has profound implications and is a valuable resource for ideological and political education in the curriculum. It is of great significance for guiding the reform of ideological and political education in the characteristic courses of Harbin Institute of Technology. Guided by the spirit of the congratulatory letter， a distinctive database of ideological and political elements for professional courses of Harbin Institute of Technology has been established. The teaching design methods for ideological and political education in professional courses have been explored in depth， striving to make the ideological and political education in the curriculum has the "HIT flavor". It is of great significance for enriching the connotation of the characteristic professional courses of Harbin Institute of Technology and better cultivating top-notch innovative talents for the Party and the country. Taking "Steel Structure"， a core professional course of civil engineering major， as an example， the teaching design of ideological and political education in the characteristic courses of Harbin Institute of Technology has been repeatedly practiced and continuously improved， and the "HIT flavor" has won unanimous praise from students and achieved good teaching results.

高校的思政教育工作不仅仅是思想政治课的任务，更是各门专业课的重要任务之一，要将传道授业解惑与育人育才有机统一起来。习近平总书记强调“各门课都要守好一段渠、种好责任田，使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应”。对于大部分理工科专业而言，专业课在整个培养方案中所占的比重最大，专业课课程思政在整个课程思政改革中有着举足轻重的地位。“好的思想政治工作应该像盐，但不能光吃盐，最好的方式是将盐溶解到各种食物中自然而然吸收”，总书记的这个比喻生动形象，对于加强和改进专业课课程思政工作有着深远的启发意义，要深入挖掘专业课程自身所蕴含的思政元素，把价值观的培育和塑造有机融入所有课程，让所有课程都上出“思政味道”，从而构建全员、全过程、全方位育人格局。……
