摘  要：隨着数字化技术的快速发展，提升用户数字素养已成为当务之急。综述了数智时代下用户数字素养教育的研究现状，探讨了研究的目的和意义，并归纳了研究方法、成果和不足。旨在梳理现有研究成果，提出研究方向：制定统一的数字素养教育标准和评价体系、加强数字素养教育资源的建设和共享、充实数字素养教育师资力量、开展针对不同用户群体的数字素养培训，为用户数字素养教育路径的进一步研究提供参考。

Research on Digital Literacy Education for University Library Users in the Digital Intelligence Era

Abstract： With the rapid development of digital technology， the improvement of the digital literacy of users has become an urgent task. This article reviews the research status of digital literacy education for users in the era of digital intelligence， explores the purpose and significance of research， and summarizes research methods， achievements and shortcomings， aiming to sort out existing research results and propose research directions： developing unified standards and evaluation systems for digital literacy education， strengthening the construction and sharing of digital literacy education resources， enriching the teaching staff of digital literacy education， and conducting digital literacy training for different user groups， so as to provide reference for further research on the paths of digital literacy education for users.

在数智时代，数字化技术已经渗透到社会的各个领域，对人们的生活、工作和学习产生了深远影响。具备良好的数字素养已成为当代公民的基本素质，对于提高个人竞争力、促进社会创新和推动国家数字经济发展具有十分重要的意义。肖俊洪[]指出以色列学者约拉姆·艾希特-阿尔卡莱（Yoram Eshet Alkalai）根据多年的工作经验和研究，提出了数字素养概念的五个框架，且随着数字技术、AI的飞速发展，社会各界开始广泛关注数字素养。数字素养是指个体在数字化环境中获取、评价、利用和创造信息的能力。高校图书馆作为知识服务中心，有义务和责任帮助大学生用户提高数字素养，以适应信息化社会的发展需求。然而，当前高校图书馆用户的数字素养水平参差不齐，存在着一些亟待解决的问题。由于用户的教育背景、年龄、专业等因素的差异，他们的数字素养水平表现出较大的差异。……
