摘  要：公共图书馆是社会文教工作的核心载体之一，其发展、建设也需要来自现代技术的支持，包括信息技术在内。以现代信息技术对公共图书馆的影响为切入点，在此基础上分析公共图书馆发展中的问题，并探讨可行建议；针对信息技术支持服务方式发展、强调信息技术全覆盖、充分开发数字化资源等内容展开论述，服务未来各地公共图书馆的发展。

Research on the Impact and Development of Modern Information Technology on Public Libraries

Abstract： The public library is one of the core carriers of social cultural and educational work， and its development and construction also need support from modern technology， including information technology. This article takes the impact of modern information technology on public libraries as the starting point， analyzes problems in the development of public libraries， explores feasible suggestions， and discusses the development of the support service methods of information technology， the emphasis of the full coverage of information technology， the full development of digital resources and other content， in order to serve the future development of public libraries in various regions.

公共圖书馆（Public Library）是指向社会公众免费开放，收集、整理、保存文献信息并提供查询、借阅及相关服务的公共文化设施，通常以政府财政拨款支持其建设、发展，定位为开展社会文化教育、促进社会文化事业发展，可视作公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分。截至2022年末，我国共有公共图书馆3 303个，比上年末增加88个；全国公共图书馆总藏量135 959万册，比上年末增长7.8%，发展态势良好[1]。现代信息技术可以从服务能力、资源丰富性等角度促进公共图书馆发展，也对公共图书馆的运营建设带来了突出影响。目前部分公共图书馆对此重视度不高，或不能妥善运用信息技术，使其作用无法得到最大化发挥。在此背景下，分析现代信息技术对公共图书馆的影响，以及公共图书馆发展的不足、建议，具有一定现实意义。
