基于BIM探索“理实一体化”的课程教学改革研究

摘要:隨着建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术在国内外的发展,在“互联网+”的信息时代中传统教学模式已经不能适应新时代发展要求。针对“建设工程招投标与合同管理”课程,研究如何以真实项目为背景构建符合培养目标和学生能力的教学案例和实践练习案例,基于BIM技术在课程教学中充分联系课程理论,实现“理实一体化”,使学生的理论课程与实践教学同步进行,以完整闭合的业务流为核心,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高课堂教学效率,实现课程改革目标,为工程管理、工程造价专业进行教学改革提供一定的参考。

Abstract: With the development of building information modeling(BIM)technology at home and abroad, the traditional teaching model has not been able to adapt to the development of the new era in the “Internet +” information age. For the course of “Project Bidding and Contract Management”, this paper studies how to construct teaching cases and practice cases in accordance with training objectives and students' abilities under the background of real projects. Based on BIM technology, the curriculum theory is fully linked in curriculum teaching to achieve the “integration of theory and practice” and make students' theoretical courses and practical teaching synchronized, and a complete closed business flow is used as the core to stimulate students interest in learning, improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and achieve the goal of curriculum reform, so as to provide a certain reference for the teaching reform of engineering management and engineering cost specialties.

随着大数据信息时代的到来,建筑行业中 BIM 技术的应用日益频繁,极大地提升了建筑行业管理的信息化程度,在建设工程行业 BIM 技术已逐渐被接受、认可,并逐渐应用在教育方面,以信息化为支撑的教学模式、教学手段层出不穷。在国务院、住建部推动下,BIM、大数据、智能化等信息技术集成应用能力,建设工程业数字化、网络化、智能化取得突破性进展,信息技术与建设工程业发展深度融合。国家于2013 年推出“电子招标投标办法”[1],在经历了新冠疫情的冲击后,电子招投标带来的便捷和效率让更多交易主体获益颇丰,招标投标行业信息化、数字化升级也迎来了全速前进的明天。本文以新工科建设背景下的应用型高校工程管理、工程造价专业建筑类课程的教学改革创新、专业知识延展为研究对象,运用 BIM技术和“互联网+”信息资源相结合的方法探索线上线下相结合“理实一体化”的课程教学,以提升相关专业工程管理类课程教学质量的目标。……
