摘  要：药物化学是利用化学的概念和方法发现确证和开发药物，从分子水平上研究药物在体内的作用方式和作用机理的一门药物综合性学科。根据新时代思政教育的要求，该文结合药物化学课程教学内容，对课程思政的具体开展进行讨论，并以专业知识点为契机，采用我国著名科学家为引导，通过讲述其先进事迹，把爱国精神、科学素养、职业道德等思政元素在恰当的时机融入课堂，潜移默化地开展思政教育。

Abstract： Medicinal Chemistry is a comprehensive drug disciplinethat uses the concepts and methods of chemistry to discover and confirm and develop drugs， and to study the mode of action and mechanism of action of drugs in the body from the molecular level. According to the requirements of education and teaching， this paper discussed the characteristics of the course of Medicinal Chemistry and the specific development of the curriculum ideology， and takes the professional knowledge point as an opportunity to adopt the famous scientists in China as the guide， and through its advanced deeds， integrates the patriotic spirit， scientific literacy， professional ethics and other ideological elements into the classroom at the appropriate time， and carries out ideological and political education silently.

习近平总书记指出：“高校立身之本在于立德树人。[1]”为了贯彻落实这一要求，全面推进课程思政建设是一项重要举措。教师是课程思政建设的关键，要紧紧抓住教师队伍“主力军”、课程建设“主战场”、课堂教学“主渠道”，让所有教师、所有课程都承担好育人责任，守好一段渠、种好责任田，使各类课程与思政课程同向同行，将显性教育和隐性教育相统一，形成协同效应，构建全员全程全方位育人大格局。课程思政是以构建全员、全程、全课程育人格局的形式将各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应，是一种将“立德树人”作为教育的根本任务的综合教育理念。不断深入对课程思政内涵的理解，寻求课程思政有效实施的机制构建，对推进具体教学改革中的课程思政实施工作具有重大意义[2-3]。课程思政不应该是简单的“课程加思政”，更不是“为思政而思政”，而是在专业课程教学中有机和恰当地融入思想政治教育，努力促进二者之间水乳交融、浑然天成，从而达到春风化雨、润物无声的实际效果。……
