【摘 要】目的 探讨烧伤整形科护理质量管理中PDCA模式的作用。方法 选择2020年11月-2022年7月我院收治的32例烧伤整形科患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组16例。对照组行常规护理管理，观察组行PDCA模式护理管理，比较两组护理质量、患者满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组护理质量各項评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在烧伤整形科患者护理质量管理中应用PDCA模式，一方面能减少并发症发生，另一方面还可提升护理质量，且患者对整形美观的满意度较高，具有较好的临床应用价值。

Analysis of the Role of PDCA Model in Nursing Quality Management in Burn and Plastic Surgery Department

【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of PDCA model in nursing quality management of burn and plastic surgery department. Methods Thirty-two patients in burn and plastic surgery department admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 16 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing management， the observation group received PDCA mode nursing management. The nursing quality， patient satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion For patients in the burn and plastic surgery department， the application of PDCA mode in the nursing quality management can reduce the occurrence of complications， improve the quality of nursing， and the patients’ satisfaction with the plastic appearance is high， which has good clinical application value.

随着整形技术发展，整形科收治的烧伤患者不断增多，每年国内发生的烧伤患者近500万，而烧伤后不仅给患者带来身心痛苦，而且还会导致患者的外观美观度下降，增加患者的心理负担，不利于其治疗与护理[1]。烧伤指的是机体因热力（热水、热汤、热油等）或蒸汽、炽热金属液体、火焰等所致的组织损伤，根据其临床表现可分为Ⅰ度、浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度烧伤等类型。从我院烧伤整形科近几年收治的患者来看，多数患者烧伤范围较大，而且瘢痕明显，给患者身体带来巨大痛苦，心理也承受较大压力，需采取有效的方案进行救治[2]。临床救治烧伤患者时，首先需及时脱离伤源，并进行冷疗与急救处理，但烧伤患者需要较长时间恢复，康复期间可能发生不良事件，从而影响治疗效果[3]。……
