摘 要：产教融合是高等教育与培训紧密结合的一种办学模式，本文对产教融合进行了阐述，并提出了促进高校师资队伍建设的发展思路。结合汽车检测与维修专业建设的实践，重点分析了高职院校产教融合课程建设的过程，促进教学链、人才链、产业链的联动与交流，以及高层次专业群体的形成等方面入手，将先进的产业要素融入到高职院校的职业培训中，使其与高职院校校企合作的教学模式相适应，这也是下一步研究的重点，通过教学实践证明，产教融合对提高学生的职业技能有很好的效果。

Exploration of the New Teaching Mode of Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology Specialty from the Perspective of the Integration of Production and Education

Abstract：The integration of industry and education is a school-running model that closely integrates higher education and training. This article explains the integration of industry and education， and puts forward the development ideas to promote the construction of university teachers. Combining with the practice of automobile inspection and maintenance professional construction， this paper focuses on the analysis of the course construction process of the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges， and promotes the linkage and exchange of the teaching chain， talent chain， and industrial chain， as well as the formation of high-level professional groups， incorporating advanced industrial elements into the vocational training of higher vocational colleges and adapting it to the teaching mode of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges， which is also the focus of the next step of research. Teaching practice has proved that the integration of production and education can improve the students' vocational skills effectively.

1 产教融合的内涵与发展要求

1.1 高校产教融合的本质与意义

职业教育一体化是职业教育与产业紧密结合的产物。高职院校与工业企业密切配合，共同提高人才培养质量;具體内容包括：技术与工业工程对接，校企对接，是高职院校健康发展的关键，也是高职院校活力的源泉。产教融合要实现企业、学校、政府和社会组织的有效结合，更好地整合资源，提高学生的核心职业能力，这是产教融合的关键，也是推进高校师资队伍建设改革，实现双赢和可持续发展的关键。

1.2 产教融合在高校的发展现状

近年来，大多数高校开展了产教融合教育、校企合作等项目。一般而言，高校产业整合主要集中在以下四个方面：①教育部门的成立;②行业教育指导委员会的成立;③企业与职业培训的直接联系;④与行业协商，组织召开工作会议，研究双方合作的对策和方法。……
