摘 要：基于驾驶员的角度分析影响汽车驾驶安全的因素，主要分为内因和外因两种。内因是指驾驶员本身的因素，主要包括驾驶习惯、心理素质、驾驶技术等多个方面;外因则是指除驾驶员本身以外的因素，主要包括道路情况、天气影响、车辆质量等。本文主要是基于内因，即驾驶员本身来分析汽车安全驾驶的影响因素，并提出相应的完善策略。

The Influencing Factors and Improving Countermeasures of Automobile Safe Driving

Abstract：Based on the driver’s perspective， the factors affecting car driving safety are mainly divided into internal and external factors. Internal factors refer to the driver's own factors， which mainly include driving habits， psychological quality， driving skills and many other aspects; external factors refer to factors other than the driver himself， mainly including road conditions， weather influences， and vehicle quality. This article is mainly based on internal factors， that is， the driver himself， analyzes the influencing factors of car safe driving， and proposes corresponding improvement strategies.

1 引言

隨着国民生活水平的不断提升，交通出行方式趋于多样化，其中家用轿车保有量持续增加。根据公安部相关数据显示，截至2019年底我国汽车保有量破百万的城市共有66个，全国累计突破2.6亿辆。除了汽车保有量持续增多以外，机动车驾驶员在2019年底也达到了4.35亿人。可见，随着生活水平的提升，汽车已经在我国普通大众家庭中得到普及，持续增多的汽车数量以及机动车驾驶人为道路安全带来极大挑战，基于此，对当前汽车安全驾驶的影响因素进行分析，并找出相应的完善策略，可有效降低汽车驾驶安全隐患，减少交通事故的发生。

2 汽车安全驾驶的影响因素

2.1 不良的驾驶习惯

良好的驾驶习惯是确保汽车安全行驶的重要因素。在驾驶过程中，很多驾驶员养成了不按规范动作操控车辆，甚至违反交通法规的行为，以此达到方便省事或者节省时间的目的，岂不知这种不良的驾驶行为一旦成为习惯则很难改变，为自身以及其他人的生命财产安全造成极大隐患。……
