摘 要：随着社会对园艺专业高层次人才的需求不断扩大，探索园艺研究生能力提升的培养方法，培养研究生创新创业意识和能力，为社会培养园艺高层次人才势在必行。通过科学定位培养模式、完善创新创业教育课程体系、加强科研能力培养和双创实践锻炼、加强导师队伍建设、开展创客教育等措施，提升了园艺专业研究生的创新创业能力。

Absrtact： The social demand for high-level horticultural talents is expanding， it is imperative to explore the cultivation methods of horticultural graduate students′ ability enhancement， to cultivate graduate students′ innovative entrepreneurial consciousness and ability， and to train horticultural high-level talents for the society. Through the measures of scientific orientation training mode， perfecting the curriculum system of innovative entrepreneurship education， strengthening the training of scientific research ability and production practice， strengthening the construction of tutors′ team， and carrying out the education of creating guests， the innovative entrepreneurial ability of graduate students majoring in horticulture has been improved.

随着时代的发展，创新已成为社会发展的主旋律。高校的核心任务是培养高素质人才，加强研究生创新创业能力培养是我国高等教育发展的必然要求，是高校教育教学改革的重要举措，是研究生实现自主创业的基石[1]。大力开展创新创业教育，培养高水平的创新创业型园艺研究生人才队伍，是保证现代园艺产业持续发展的关键，也是拓宽研究生就业渠道、提高就业率的重要保障[2-6]。本文简要概述了河南科技大学园艺专业研究生创新创业能力提升的举措，以为其他高校提供参考借鉴。

1 科学定位培养模式

以提升研究生创新精神、创新创业实践能力和学术道德修养为目标，对研究生培养方案和课程大纲进行修订，建立更加科学的人才培养方案和课程体系，将创新创业教育与立德树人教育有机结合，树立研究生的创新发展理念，增强研究生的社会责任感，强化研究生的创新意识和创新精神，提升双创能力。……
