摘 要：良好的习惯可以促进学生有效的学习，所以帮助学生培养良好的学习习惯是非常重要的。這是教师应该注意的，促进学生的良好习惯也可以促进教师的道德教育。小学生良好习惯的养成对于其今后的发展来说也是受益良多的，帮助小学生养成良好的习惯是十分重要的，但是当前小学生有许多的不良习惯，所以笔者从小学生良好习惯养成的评价模式进行探究讨论。

【Abstract】Good habits can promote effective learning of students，so it is very important to help students develop good study habits. This is what teachers should pay attention to，and promoting students’ good habits can also promote teachers’ moral education. The development of good habits of primary school students will also benefit a lot from their future development. Therefore，it is very important to help primary school students to develop good habits. However，there are many bad habits among primary school students. Therefore，the author explores and discusses the evaluation model formed by the good habits of primary school students.

1.习惯的概念及养成良好习惯的意义

（1）习惯的概念

所谓习惯，是指由于重复而形成的较固定的行为形式。习惯的最大特点是自动化，没有特别的意志努力，不需要别人的监督，在什么情况下按照什么规则行事。习惯一旦形成，就会成为支配生活的力量。习惯的力量比理由更充分和容易，习惯是一个强大的力量，可以主宰一个人的生活，所以人们应该通过教育小学生而使其从小培养一个好习惯。

（2）小学生养成良好习惯的重要性

第一，培养学生良好的学习习惯，了解学生的情绪。

认识自己的情绪是培养情绪智力的核心，许多小学生不知道自己的情绪，当和身边的朋友一起玩耍时，不知道如何控制自己的情绪。良好的学习习惯如学前预习、有问题学习、自学等，可以引导小学生探索自己的内心世界。例如，在学习关于孩子快乐情绪描述的课文中，就可以知道什么样的情绪状态是快乐的，它可以帮助小学生了解自己的情绪，更好地控制情绪。……
