摘 要：田径运动会蕴含着我国田径的发展历史，田径运动作为一项观赏性极强的体育运动，也一定离不开小学生的课余训练。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等对厦门市小学生课余田径训练开展现状进行调查。了解厦门市小学生参加课余田径训练的现状，并分析影响厦门市小学生参加课余田径训练的因素，提出相关的建议，促进厦门市课余田径训练的科学发展。

【Abstract】The track and field games contain the history of the development of track and field in our country. Track and field sports，as a sport with a strong appreciation，must also be inseparable from the after-school training of primary school students. This article uses literature method，questionnaire survey method，interview method，etc. to investigate the current situation of Xiamen primary school students' after-school track and field training. To understand the current situation of primary school students in Xiamen to participate in after-school track and field training，and analyze the factors that affect the primary school students in Xiamen to participate in after-school track and field training，and put forward relevant suggestions to promote the scientific development of after-school track and field training in Xiamen.

1.前言

田径运动是一项需要力量、耐力、速度、灵敏、柔韧等素质在练习中全面协调发展的体育运动，深受群众的欢迎。《学校体育工作条例》中指出：要求各学校应该在原来体育课和课外体育活动的基础上，以丰富学生的生活，开展丰富且多项目的课余体育活动，培育和选拔更多国家乃至民族需要的体育人才。

小学的课余田径训练是培养田径运动人才的重要途径之一，小学的田径队也是田径运动后备人才培养的重要组成部分。从厦门市小学生课余的田径训练情况入手，探讨厦门市小学生课余田径训练后人才选拔，为提高指导厦门市小学生课余田径训练方法和手段的水平，从而为国家培育和输送更多高水平的优秀田径运动人才提供参考资料。

2.研究对象与方法

（1）研究对象

选取厦门市6所小学为本次的研究对象。

（2）研究方法

第一，文献资料法。通过图书馆查阅有关于课余田径训练相关的论文与学术报告的文献资料，为论文的开展提供充分的理论依据。……
