【摘 要】目的：探析健康教育在慢性高血压病中的重要作用。方法：将我辖区的126例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，各63例。对照组进行常规管理，实验组在此基础上进行健康教育。比较两组的生活方式、服药依从性、生活质量。结果：实验组的生活方式明显较对照组更好，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组的服药依从性明显较对照组更高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组的生活质量明显较对照组更高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：将健康教育应用在慢性高血压病的管理中效果显著，可以有效提升患者的服药依从性，养成健康的生活方式，对提升生活质量有积极影响，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the important role of health education in chronic hypertension and its effective play. Methods： The 126 patients with essential hypertension in our jurisdiction were taken as the research objects， and they were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group， with 63 cases in each group. The control group undergoes routine management， and the experimental group conducts health education on this basis. The lifestyle， medication compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results： The lifestyle of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）； The medication compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）； The quality of life of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The application of health education in the management of chronic hypertension has a significant effect， which can effectively improve the compliance of patients with medication and develop a healthy lifestyle. It has a positive impact on improving the quality of life and is worthy of clinical promotion.

隨着国家对基本公共卫生服务项目的不断推进，慢性病患者的健康管理也逐步得到各级各部门的高度重视[1]。高血压是冠心病、心脑血管疾病、心力衰竭等疾病的重要致病因素，如何有效控制血压是临床上重点关注的问题。健康教育是一种目的性强、有计划、有组织的健康教育活动，被临床广泛用于慢性病的管理中，可以在高血压患者整个病情管理过程中发挥重要作用，使患者的自我管理疾病能力得到有效提高[2]。本研究就健康教育在慢性高血压病中的重要作用及其有效发挥做出了探讨，现报道如下。

1 资料及方法

1.1 一般资料

从我辖区内管理的原发性高血压患者中选取126例患者，其中，男65例，女61例，年龄38岁～76岁，平均年龄（57.35±12.39）岁，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组63例。对照组，男33例，女30例，年龄39岁～75岁，平均年龄（57.52±2.52）岁；实验组，男35例，女28例，年龄40岁～76岁，平均年龄（57.15±2.69）岁。两组患者一般资料方面的差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），可进行临床对比研究。

1.2 方法

对照组采取常规管理；实验组在此基础上进行健康教育，具体内容如下：（1）进行健康档案管理：充分利用我省的公共卫生管理系统，对每位参加研究者的健康档案重新进行审核，建立健全的健康档案相关各项目。健……
