【摘 要】目的：探究医学检验中血液细胞检验的质量控制影响因素探讨。方法：选取我院2020年1月至12月接受血细胞检查的150份血液样本的临床资料。对比两组不同时间段放置检验结果，包括血小板、白细胞、血红蛋白以及红细胞分别放置30min和180min的差异。结果： 医学检验中血液细胞检验的质量控制影响因素包括置放时间和抗凝剂的选择。结论：医学检验中血液细胞检验的质量控制具有临床意义，需要加强对抗凝剂和置放时间合理控制。

Discussion on influencing factors of quality control of blood cell test in medical examination

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the influencing factors of quality control of blood cell test in medical examination. Methods：Clinical data of 150 blood samples received blood cell examination in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected. The results of placement in different time periods were compared between the two groups， including the differences between platelets， white blood cells， hemoglobin and red blood cells placed for 30min and 180min respectively. Results：The influencing factors of quality control of blood cell test in medical test included placement time and selection of anticoagulant. Conclusion：The quality control of blood cell test in medical examination has clinical significance， and it is necessary to strengthen the reasonable control of anticoagulant and placement time.

通常，临床的血细胞检查主要是检查受试者血液中的血红蛋白、血小板、红细胞和白细胞。目前临床上广泛使用血球检查，大多数的检查项目都是血球检查，又称常规血液检查。这项检查主要是为了诊断病人的血液疾病。为保证测试结果的准确性，必须对影响测试结果的因素进行综合分析，保证测试结果的合理性和可靠性。为分析医院血球检查的质量控制方法，选取我院2020年1月—2020年12月接受血细胞检查的150份血液样本的临床资料，研究结果具有参考意义。现将报告总结如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

收集整理该院接受血液细胞检查的患者血液样本150例，其中，男性患者80例，女性患者70例，年龄5岁～72岁，平均年龄（46.6±3.2）岁。

1.2 方法

在血常规检验之前，所有患者均需要保持空腹12小时。采集患者两毫升静脉血液作为标本，并利用全自动生化分析仪进行结果检查，在获得血液标本前提下，需对血液的样本实施抗凝的处理，同时将抗凝剂稀释成1：5000以及1：10 000两种比例，再把同样比例静脉血进行混合，摇匀，均分为150份，最后实施检测[1]。……
