摘要：目的：通过Kano模型动态分析脑卒中患者对家庭医生服务内容的需求。方法：家庭医生以社区作为单位，展开家庭医生服务内容的调查，引入230例脑卒中患者，对他们发放调查问卷，了解他们对家庭医生服务内容的需求分析。在结果分析中，引入Kano模型来分析不同服务内容的重要性对比，进而了解脑卒中患者对家庭医生服务内容的需求。结果：服务内容并没有明显质量区分，但是从调查结果来看，脑卒中高危人群对血糖及危险情况有着十分重要的需求。结论：家庭医生在应对脑卒中患者时，应该积极展开定期检查活动，保证脑卒中患者的整体健康。

【Abstract】Objective： To dynamically analyze the needs of stroke patients for the service content of family doctors through the Kano model. Methods： Family doctors use the community as a unit to conduct a survey on the service content of family doctors， introduce 230 stroke patients， and issue questionnaires to them to understand their needs for the service content of family doctors. In the result analysis， the Kano model is introduced to analyze the importance comparison of different service content， and then understand the needs of stroke patients for the service content of family doctors. Results： There is no obvious quality distinction between service content， but from the public feedback， the public has very important needs for blood sugar and dangerous conditions. Conclusion： When family doctors deal with stroke patients， they should actively carry out regular inspection activities to ensure the overall health of stroke patients.

脑卒中是一种由患者出现脑血管异常后造成血液无法正常流入大脑的急性脑血管疾病，导致后续患者出现一系列临床症状，如偏瘫等都属于此病症的后续症状，患者在患有这类疾病后，不仅受到病魔的折磨，正常的生活也会受到影响。此类型疾病的患病者老年患者数量更多，造成了治疗难度和护理难度，在现代医疗体系中，为了改善这类疾病的实际效果，采取规范化的健康教育模式，收获了确切可观的成效。在当代的治疗及康复体系中，重视家庭康复的作用，强调个体生活的医疗延展，基于这种理念开始探讨家庭医生的作用。从我国的实际情况出发，所有家庭配备家庭医生是存在一定困难的，但是可以以社康中心为单位来探讨相关内容，进而通过家庭医生配置，提高脑卒中患者的整体康复。……
