摘要：目的 对牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗在牙周炎治疗中的效果进行研究。方法 选取我院口腔科收治牙周炎患者80例为研究对象，时间2019年3月-2020年5月;按照掷硬币法分为对照组40例（行单一牙周组织再生术治疗）和实验组40例（行牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗）;观察两组术后牙龈指标与临床治疗效果。结果 实验组患者术后牙龈各项指标以及实验组治疗总有效率（97.50%）均优于对照组，组间差异显著呈现统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗在牙周炎治疗中应用效果显著，可在保证患者牙周炎治疗效果及美观效果的同时改善患者牙龈各项指标，具有推广价值。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontic treatment in the treatment of periodontitis. Methods 80 patients with periodontitis in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital were selected as the research object from March 2019 to may 2020;They were divided into control group（40 cases）and experimental group（40 cases）;The gingival index and clinical treatment effect of the two groups were observed. Results the gingival indexes of the experimental group and the total effective rate of the experimental group（97.50%）were better than those of the control group（P > 0.05）. Conclusion the application effect of periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontic treatment in the treatment of periodontitis is significant，which can ensure the treatment effect and aesthetic effect of patients with periodontitis，and improve the gingival index of patients at the same time.

牙周炎，又稱破坏性牙周病;为临床常见慢性牙周炎症，主要由牙菌斑细菌侵犯患者牙周组织而引起。研究显示【1】，牙周炎发生几率可随着个体年龄增加而加大，50-60岁为牙周炎高发时期;且男性患者多于女性患者。牙周组织再生术为临床治疗牙周炎常用手段，可使患者牙周组织（如牙槽骨、牙周膜）重新生长;但牙周组织再生术不能保证患者牙齿美观。若想在治疗的同时保证牙齿美观，则需联合口腔正畸治疗。本文对牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗在牙周炎治疗中的效果进行研究，现阐述如下：
