摘要：目的 观察类风湿关节炎（RA）应用针刺联合桃红四物汤治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取我院收治类风湿关节炎（RA）患者56例为研究对象，时间2019年8月-2020年10月;按照随机颜色球抽取法分为常规组28例（应用甲氨蝶呤片联合硫酸羟氯喹片治疗）和研究组28例（基于常规组基础上应用针刺联合桃红四物汤治疗），对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后关节疼痛程度。结果 研究组治疗有效率显著高于常规组;同时该组患者关节疼痛评分显著低于常规组，组间差异明显，呈现统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针刺联合桃红四物汤可有效治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效显著，可有效缓解患者临床病症，强化患者治疗效果。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction on rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. Methods 56 patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）in our hospital were selected as the research object from August 2019 to October 2020;According to the random color ball extraction method，28 cases were divided into the routine group（treated with methotrexate tablets combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets）and the study group（treated with acupuncture combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction based on the routine group）. The clinical efficacy and the degree of joint pain before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results the effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group;At the same time，the joint pain score of this group was significantly lower than that of the routine group，and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion acupuncture combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction can effectively treat rheumatoid arthritis，with significant clinical effect，effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and strengthen the therapeutic effect.

類风湿关节炎，简称RA;是一种自身免疫病，其主要病症特点为侵蚀性关节炎。临床多以药物控制症状为治疗RA主要手段，但临床疗效较差，易导致病情反复;严重影响患者日常生活。祖国中医针刺及中药汤剂治疗痹症效果显著，因而相关学者提出应用中医针刺及中药汤剂治疗类风湿关节炎。本文对类风湿关节炎（RA）应用针刺联合桃红四物汤治疗的临床疗效进行研究，现对研究作如下阐述：
