摘  要：目的  调查分析实习护生因使用手机导致工作分心行为、态度及影响因素。方法  对在临床医院实习的护理专业大专生上班时间使用手机行为及分心行为进行调查。结果  月生活费低于500元的护生上班时间手机使用率更低（P<0.05），在城市实习的护生手机使用率高于城镇和乡村（P<0.05），每天长时间使用手机的护生上班时间手机使用率更高（P<0.05），手机使用率高的护生更容易分心（P<0.05），恋爱护生容易受他人使用手机影响分心（P<0.05）。因使用手机发生过分心的护生更反对上班时间使用手机（P<0.05），但是发生分心或看到他人分心的经历并不会使护生更支持管理办法出台限制实习护生、护士使用手机（P>0.05）。结论  分心行为及态度值得临床教育者、管理者关注并加以正确引导，出台管理办法制定临床使用手机有关指南建议有必要被考虑。

Abstract： Objective  To investigate and analyze the distracted behavior， attitude and influencing factors of nursing students due to the use of mobile phones. Methods  Investigate the mobile phone use behavior and distraction behavior of nursing college students practicing in clinical hospitals. Results  The mobile phone use rate of nursing students with monthly living expenses less than 500 yuan during working hours is lower （P<0.05）， the mobile phone use rate of nursing students practicing in cities is higher than that in cities and villages （P<0.05）， the mobile phone use rate of nursing students who use mobile phones for a long time every day is higher （P<0.05）， and the nursing students with high mobile phone use rate are more likely to be distracted （P<0.05）， love nursing students were easily distracted by others' use of mobile phones （P<0.05）. Nursing students who had been distracted by using mobile phones were more opposed to using mobile phones during working hours （P<0.05）， but the experience of distraction or seeing others' distraction did not make nursing students more support the introduction of management measures to restrict the use of mobile phones by interns and nurses （P>0.05）. Conclusion  Distracted behaviors and attitudes deserve the attention and correct guidance of clinical educators and managers. It is necessary to consider the introduction of management measures and the formulation of relevant guidelines and suggestions for clinical use of mobile phones.

隨着信息技术的发展，智能手机因其使用便捷、功能强大成为现代人日常生活必不可少的重要工具，大量基于智能手机的移动平台被广泛应用于临床、课堂教学、实训及带教，许多研究者注意到由此带来的诸如成瘾性行为、情绪障碍、睡眠障碍等问题，此外还发现工作期间使用手机将对注意力及重要信息记忆能力造成损害[1-2]，从而导致分心，这不仅降低工作效率还可能增加护理风险、危害患者安全， 甚至造成严重不可逆伤害。国外研究者已将分心行为纳入护理安全讨论优先事项，同时因分心还涉及职业伦理道德问题，更需要管理者和教育者的关注。实习护生作为未来临床一线工作者，临床护理风险管理及教育极有必要。故该课题组对实习护生因使用手机导致工作分心行为及态度进行了调查，现报道如下。
