摘  要：高校科研作为国家创新力的引擎之一，衡量其效率一直是科研管理的关键。通过Citespace生成知识图谱了解研究学者与机构在高校科研效率领域中的产出与关系网，并根据聚类的时间脉络分析该领域的研究信息，在了解研究脉络和热点的基础上，寻找高校科研效率研究的未来发展趋势，对研究学者及高校科研管理水平的提升方向提供一定理论借鉴。

Abstract： University scientific research is one of the engines of national innovation， and measuring its efficiency has always been the key to scientific research management. Through the knowledge map generated by CiteSpace， understand the output and relationship network of research scholars and institutions in the field of university scientific research efficiency， analyze the research information in this field according to the time context of clustering， and look for the future development trend of university scientific research efficiency research on the basis of understanding the research context and hot spots， it provides some theoretical reference for researchers and the improvement direction of scientific research management level in colleges and universities.

高校科研效率作为打造创新型国家的强力引擎之一，是我国学者与研究机构着力的研究领域。为此，该文梳理了高校科研效率领域的研究脉络、前沿热点及演进趋势，以期对国内研究学者及高校科研管理部门相关研究提供借鉴。

1  研究设计

1.1 使用工具与数据来源

该文选取Citespace为研究工具，选用中国知网（CNKI）数据分析。检索时间2021年8月1日，锁定范围为1998—2021年的期刊文献;检索主题：高校OR大学OR高等学校AND科研效率;生成文献420篇，其中近80%为核心期刊和CSSCI文献。

1.2 参数设置

将CNKI数据转化为WOS格式，Time Slicing为1998年1月至2021年6月，Years Per Slice选1年，Selection Criteria选择Top N=15，得到作者合作网络、机构合作网络及关键词共现图谱。

2  基于citespace的高校科研效率可视化分析

2.1 文献产出情况

高校科研效率文献的产出整体趋势攀升。1998—2006年处于“启蒙期”。在科教兴国战略背景下，高校对产学研的认知由被动转为主动，但科研效率研究的重要性还未凸显，发文数量仅为个位数。2006—2015年处于“筑基期”。……
