摘  要：草业科学是一门涉及天然草地资源调查与开发保护、牧草育种与栽培、草坪设计与建植、饲草料加工储藏等领域的一门交叉学科。经过60多年的发展，在我国已形成30余所高校招生、年毕业人数约1500人的草业学科人才规模。文章就草业科学人才培养历史、当前人才培养规模和目標、欧美草业人才培养体系、国内人才培养定位、人才培养模式等方面进行综述，分析了草业学科发展与专业建设存在的问题，并展望在未来乡村振兴背景下草业科学专业人才的培养模式，期望为草业科学创新型人才培养定位提供借鉴。

Abstract： Pratacultural Science is an interdisciplinary discipline involving with the development and protection of natural grassland resources， forage breeding and cultivation， lawn design and construction， forage processing and other fields. After 60 years of development， it has formed the scale that more than 30 colleges and universities in China recruit students in Pratacultural Science， with an annual enrollment of about 1，500 graduates. In this paper， the history of Pratacultural Science， the current scale and the target of education， the student cultivation system in Europe and the United States， the domestic cultivation orientation， cultivation patterns and so on are summarized. The development of grass industry and the problems existing in the specialty education are analyzed， and the training model under the background of rural revitalization is prospected， which are expected to provide reference for innovative talent training of Pratacultural Science.

草业科学是一门交叉学科，是涉及草地生态环境保护、牧草生产加工、草坪学、草地放牧管理、地被景观构建、饲草种植、动物生产、草产品加工、草地经营管理等内容的综合型农业学科。2020年，我国已经实现全面脱贫目标。国家在新发展阶段实施乡村振兴战略背景下，草产业是“山水林田湖草”生态发展观的重要组成，准确定位草业学科人才培养目标是实现学科适应时代发展需求与培养创新型人才的关键。基于此出发点，作者调研了近10年（2011-2020年）国内各高校草业科学人才培养发展历程，比较国内外开设该专业的各高校的培养目标和理念，并对草业科学人才培养定位作一比较和探讨。
