摘  要：药理学是基础医学与临床医学及医学与药学的桥梁学科，是医药院校各专业学生的必修课程。在学习过程中需要记忆的知识点多，且高职院校学制短，导致学生普遍反映学习任务重，若不能及时对课堂上无法理解的知识点进行总结，课后不能有效地进行课堂知识的再学习，未做到对所学知识点复习及巩固，往往导致学习效果不理想，还会影响后期课程的学习。为了提高药理学课堂教学的效果，运用“雨课堂”平台的在线发布试题的功能用于药学专业学生药理学理论课教学中。根据药理学理论课的章节特点、学生的年龄及脑科学-学习记忆的规律，拟定考试的时间、次数及间隔时间，研究考试题量与考试时间的最佳关系。研究发现，“雨课堂”在线发布试题功能可有效地提高学生的学习记忆能力，相同考点不同题型反复测试7次，20分钟完成习题40道，可形成较为持久的记忆，从而提高药理学理论教学的效果。

Abstract： Pharmacology is a bridge discipline between the basic medicine and clinical medicine， as well as the pharmacy. And it is a compulsory course for students of all majors in medical colleges and universities. Most students reflect the burden of the Pharmacology Theory learning is so tremendous， because there are many knowledge points that need to be memorized， and the educational system of higher vocational colleges is short. If they can't summarize the knowledge that they didn't understand during the class timely， and fail to review and consolidate the learned knowledge， It will lead to a bad effect and affect the learning of later courses. In order to improve the teaching effectiveness， the function of publishing test questions online of "Rain Classroom" is used in the teaching of "pharmacology theory" for pharmaceutical students in our school. According to the chapter characteristics， the age of the students and the regularities of learning and memory to formulate the time， frequency and interval of the examination， and find out the suitable number of the examination questions and the examination time. It is found that the function of publishing the test questions of "Rain Classroom" can improve the students' learning and memory abilities effectively. And the same test site is repeated for 7 times with different types of questions， and 40 exercises be completed in 20 minutes， which can form a relatively lasting memory. So as to improve the effect of pharmacology theory teaching.
