摘要：随着九年义务教育的普及，英语作为重要的国际通用语言，已经成为各大中小学校的必修课程之一。初中英语教师需要帮助学生在小学英语的基础上扩展英语知识，提高学生的英语语言素养，并引导学生养成良好的英语学习习惯，为继续学习和运用英语切实打好基础。本文就初中英语教学与班主任工作整合策略做出探析。

Probe into the Strategies of the Integration of Junior Middle School English Teaching and the Work of the Head Teacher

【Abstract】With the popularization of nine-year compulsory education，English，as an important international language，has become one of the compulsory courses in major primary and secondary schools. Junior high school English teachers need to help students expand their English knowledge on the basis of primary school English，improve their English language literacy，and guide students to develop good English learning habits，so as to lay a solid foundation for continued learning and the use of English. This article makes an analysis of the integration strategy of junior middle school English teaching and the work of the head teacher.

新课程背景下的我国初中英语教育，应当从书本教育向综合实践教育改变，培养学生的英语素养才是当务之急。教育的本质不是分数高低，更不是学历薄厚，而是对学生个人能力的提高。班主任是初中学生的日常学习和生活的主要管理者，将班主任工作与初中英语教学相结合可以帮助学生融入到英语语言环境中，提升学生的英语学习效率。

1. 初中英语教学与班主任工作整合的教学意义

初中英语教学与班主任工作相结合，可以在教师和学生之间形成一种良好的互动关系，就是把教学过程看作是师生之间进行一种信息与思想的交流、沟通，把英语教学活动变成是一种班主任与学生之间信息交换、相互探讨的日常行為过程。初中英语包含许多的语法与单词，需要学生掌握，而班主任在教学当中起着重要的作用，是学生学习的引导者。在现阶段的初中教学中，教师还承担着许多特殊的责任，教师的教工作方式对英语教学有着很大影响，影响着教学的方向与教学的成果。……
