摘要：激励性评价是幼儿教育评价中的主要手段，而教师作为幼儿角色游戏中的引导者，在教学工作中实施的激励性评价对幼儿的身心发展都有重要的价值与意义。然而，从实际情况来看，部分幼儿教育工作者在激励性评价中缺乏情感投入，教师制定的激励机制也不够规范，导致激励性评价未能充分发挥作用，未能达到预期的幼儿教学目的。

Application of teacher incentive evaluation in kindergarten role games and Countermeasures

【Abstract】Incentive evaluation is the main means of early childhood education evaluation，and teachers，as the guide in children's role games，the implementation of incentive evaluation in teaching work has important value and significance for children's physical and mental development.However，from the actual situation，some early childhood educators lack emotional investment in incentive evaluation，and the incentive mechanism formulated by teachers is not standardized，resulting in the failure of incentive evaluation to give full play to its role and achieve the expected purpose of early childhood teaching.

所谓激励性评价，是指教师在幼儿活动中针对幼儿的表现给予正面的、积极向上的评价，通过正向的肯定与负向的化解等方式，帮助幼儿“去标签”，让幼儿在活动过程中感受到来自教师的鼓励、肯定、尊重以及理解，使幼兒朝着更全面、更综合的方向进行身心发展。

1. 激励性评价在幼儿园角色游戏中的运用意义

人的幼儿阶段正是自我意识慢慢觉醒的阶段，不管是生理抑或心理都还处于发展期，他们急需获取成熟个体的肯定与鼓励，尤其是看重教师与家长的评价，可以说外界的评价将深远地影响幼儿各个方面的发育。之前网络上一直流行这样一句话：“不幸的人用一生治愈童年。”此话虽有以偏概全之嫌，却也在一定程度上说明了幼儿时期的经历对人一生发展的重要性，因此，不管是教师还是家长都应当重视幼儿身心方面的发展，而教师与幼儿的相处时间几乎与家长持平，故而教师不能忽视了日常教学、游戏活动中评价工作的重要性，要尽量做到“谨言慎行”，保护幼儿的心理发育。……
