摘  要：随着经济的稳定发展，高速经济增长为企业带来更多发展机遇。新常态下企业面临全新发展挑战，管理人员要结合经济新常态环境带来机遇创新工商管理，解决企业存在的问题，通过增强管理意识，强化科技创新等措施，为企业发展奠定基础。概述经济新常态对企业工商管理的影响，分析新时期企业工商管理存在的为题，探讨基于新常态的企业工商管理创新策略。

Innovation Strategy of Enterprise Business Administration Based on the New Economic Normal

Abstract： With the stable development of the economy， rapid economic growth has brought more development opportunities for enterprises. Under the new normal， enterprises are facing new development challenges. Managers should combine the opportunities brought about by the new economic environment to innovate business management， solve the problems that exist in the enterprise， and lay the foundation for enterprise development by enhancing management awareness and strengthening technological innovation. This paper summarizes the impact of the new economic normal on enterprise business administration， analyzes the problems existing in enterprise business administration in the new period， and discusses the innovation strategy of enterprise business administration based on the new normal.

隨着我国市场经济体制优化，新时期需要加强企业内部管理，工商管理是企业发展的重要途径，要采取多种措施创新工商管理，有效适应市场经济环境变化。当前我国企业内部管理存在许多问题，影响企业竞争力的提升。新常态对企业发展产生很大影响，中小企业在促进国民经济发展等方面作用凸显，管理创新成为企业健康发展的诉求。经济新常态下企业要坚持努力创新，结合企业实际情况获得发展，企业工商管理可以促进企业稳定发展，要结合新常态下市场特征，不断优化工商管理职能，有助于解决企业经济困难，为企业持续发展奠定基础。

1  经济新常态下企业工商管理概述

经济新常态是我国经济发展面临全球政治经济复杂化挑战，经济增速降低保持中高速增长。随着我国经济发展进入拐点期，新常态成为我国常态化发展趋势，原有粗放式低科技含量的经济增长不可持续，必须对经济增长方式进行变革，发展出提质增效的经济发展方式。……
