摘  要：伴随我国沥青路面预防性养护技术的不斷进步，当前行业的预防养护技术正面临着预防性材料不足的难题，尤其是缺乏快速型以及环保类养护沥青路面材料。沥青路面预防养护材料使用性能及其施工工艺的好坏，对公路养护使用周期和投资方面有着直接的影响。交通运输部自颁布“十二五”发展计划以来，强调对沥青路面进行科学养护，强化预防养护新材料、新技术、新设备的研究，推广低碳环保、节能养护技术的运用，从而实现标准化成套技术系统的形成，提升沥青路面的养护水平。基于此，该文主要分析沥青公路路面开发预防性养护材料以及技术性能。

Abstract： Along with the continuous progress of preventive maintenance technology of asphalt pavement in China， the current preventive maintenance technology of the industry is facing the problem of insufficient preventive materials， especially the lack of rapid and environmental protection maintenance asphalt pavement materials. The performance of asphalt pavement preventive maintenance materials and their construction technology have a direct impact on the service cycle and investment of highway maintenance. Since the promulgation of the "12th Five-year" Plan， the Ministry of Transportation has emphasized the scientific maintenance of asphalt pavements， strengthened the research of new materials， new technologies and new equipment for preventive maintenance， and promoted the use of low-carbon environmental protection and energy-saving maintenance technologies， so as to realize the formation of a standardized set of technical systems and improve the maintenance level of asphalt pavements. Based on this， the paper mainly analyzes the development of preventive maintenance materials and technical performance of asphalt pavements.

自从我国公路建设加速发展以后，国内公路的建设高峰和养护高峰开始在重合期介入，这就增加了养护工作的任务负重。各部门对于养护公路工程的重要性深层认识、怎样提升公路养护的操作水平，变成摆在道路管理部门面前急需处理的问题。此外，养护资金不足与公路服务水平退化发生冲突，如何处理好此类冲突，使用有效资金营造出最大化养护收益，成为道路管理部迫切处理的一大难题[1]。预防性养护属于公路大量资金实现增保值的最佳手段，在上述问题的处理方面，彰显出潜在优势。作为一种新型养护道路理念，公路预防养护深受业界的高度关注，并得到了切实的推广运用。……
